The first Hair Beauty to be featured on my newly formed blog HAS to be Joy Denalane! Staring at a picture of her bountiful, tresses while massaging the new growth of my relaxed hair served as the inspiration for me high tail it to the Tendril’s Natural Hair Salon in Brooklyn for my first Big Chop. This German neo-soul songstress, showed me how versatile one head of natural hair can be and I haven’t looked back since.
