Shipping

Items are HANDMADE and typically ship within 3-5 days, although there is a possibility for a 2 week maximum ship time. The shipping method is priority USPS mail with shipping confirmation, if an item needs to be rushed please contact us and we can work out another shipping method.

Packages are not insured. I you wish to purchase shipping insurance in case of lost or damaged packages, please convo us and we can invoice you for the cost of insurance. We are not responsible for a package once it leaves our possession and is shipped. If a USPS shipping error does occur feel free to contact us and we will assist in locating the package and possibly re-sending the items.

Refunds and Exchanges

Because all items are made to order all sales are final upon purchase. Due to FDA health and safety regulations, we cannot refund, exchange, or credit products once they are sold.

Beija-Flor Naturals LLC is not responsible for items that are lost damaged or stolen once we’ve shipped the item.

For those with sensitive skin and allergies (especially nut allergies), please patch test our products before using. If any redness or irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

Some of our natural ingredients-oils, butters, extracts and essential oils are not to be used by those who are pregnant or suffer from certain health conditions. Please take the time to research all ingredients and/or consult a physician before using on hair and skin.

Because our products are handmade with natural extracts there can & will be slight variations in texture and color from time to time. We promise our quality in products and customer service will always be 100%.
